Everything brands and creators ask before joining the crew.
Is Insiders Crew really invite-only?
Yes. There are no open sign-ups. Creators join by invitation only and are vetted before they can receive product. It keeps the network clean for brands and exclusive for members.
How does a creator get an invite?
Invites come from the Insiders Crew team or from existing high-tier members. If you think you're a fit, reach out — but access is earned, not bought.
How is product allocated between creators?
Each drop is split by a tier-and-score weight. Higher tiers (Insider, Elite) and stronger live engagement get proportionally more units, apportioned with exact largest-remainder math. The same inputs always produce the same fair result.
What does it cost?
Creators always join free. Brands pick a plan based on drop volume — starting free for your first drop. See the pricing page for details.
How do creators log in?
With a one-time code sent to WhatsApp. No passwords, ever — which means nothing to leak or reuse.
How do you stop fake followers getting product?
Every member is screened on join, and we continuously flag bot and fake-engagement patterns. Suspended accounts are removed from allocation immediately.
Can a brand control who gets their product?
Yes. Brands set the minimum tier, category, unit pool and timing for every drop. The queue handles fairness and scale within those rules.
What happens if a creator declines a drop?
Their units flow back into the pool and can be re-allocated, so stock keeps moving and nothing is wasted.
Do brands get reporting?
Full reporting — every unit is tracked from allocation to delivery to content, and the data is exportable any time.
