Insiders Crew

These terms govern your use of Insiders Crew (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary template — please consult your own counsel before relying on it.

1. Membership

Insiders Crew is invite-only. Accounts are created from valid invitations and may be suspended if a member provides false information, manipulates engagement, or collects product without fulfilling reasonable posting expectations.

2. Brands & product

Brands are responsible for the products they supply and for shipping units to confirmed addresses. Insiders Crew facilitates allocation and reporting but does not take title to product.

3. Allocation

Product is allocated using a tier- and score-weighted system. Allocation is deterministic and applied uniformly; receiving an allocation in one drop does not guarantee allocation in another.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping data, or reselling product received through a drop.

5. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insiders Crew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
